Integrative behavioral medicine focused on treating the whole person—not just symptoms.

Joshua Page, PMHNP-C

My passion for mental health care grew from a deep belief that people are meant for more than simply surviving day to day. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how often treatment focuses only on managing symptoms while overlooking the deeper foundations of true wellness. Seeing so many people become dependent on medications without ever feeling genuinely healthy inspired me to pursue a different path—one that values healing of the mind, body, and spirit together.

My faith plays a central role in how I view care, compassion, and human worth. I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity and hope. While medication can be an important tool, my goal is never just symptom control—it is helping people build healthier, fuller lives through a balanced and integrative approach that may include therapy, lifestyle changes, nutrition, sleep, stress management, spiritual support, and evidence-based treatment.

I created this practice with the desire to help people move beyond simply “getting by” and toward becoming truly healthy, well, and whole.

Joshua Page, PMHNOP

My Christian faith plays an important role in how I view healing, purpose, and the dignity of every individual. For patients who desire it, I am open to incorporating faith-based perspectives into care in a respectful and supportive way, while always honoring each person’s values and beliefs.

I’ve proudly called the Temecula Valley home for nearly twenty years. Outside practicing integrative psychiatry, I’m a husband and father of two. I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with family. I’m passionate about helping others achieve healthier, more balanced lives through integrative psychiatry, lifestyle support, and whole-person wellness.

My Approach to Care

Welcome. I believe mental health care should address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Through an integrative and holistic approach, I combine evidence-based psychiatry, therapy, lifestyle support, and compassionate connection to help individuals find healing, balance, and lasting wellness. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to provide personalized care that supports both symptom relief and deeper personal growth.

Beyond Talk Therapy. Beyond Medicine.

Healing begins when we look at the whole person

Functional and integrative medicine is a whole-person approach to health that looks beyond just symptoms to understand what’s really driving how you feel. Instead of focusing only on diagnosing and treating illness, this approach explores the connections between your body, mind, lifestyle, environment, and daily habits to uncover root causes of imbalance. Care is highly personalized and may include a detailed health history, targeted lab testing when needed, and a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Alongside evidence-based medical care, we also emphasize foundational lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and emotional well-being. The goal is not only to treat current concerns, but to support long-term healing, prevention, and overall wellness so you can feel and function at your best.
